BLake OLSON

Blake is a native of Western Minnesota, where he grew up on the family farm. He graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Political Science. Blake was charmed on his first visit to the lakes area and became enamored with Lake Life! His experience in sales, interest in law and customer service has led Blake to a career in Real Estate.

Blake has also been awarded the highly acclaimed GRI Designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute. With this achievement, Blake has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional service by securing a strong educational foundation of knowledge and skills to better navigate the real estate market and serve prospective clients and customers.

In 2022, Blake and his wife Katie welcomed a son, Graham, to the family. In January of 2023, Blake became the Owner and the Managing Broker at Jack Chivers Realty. He aims to preserve the values that made this company the real estate juggernaut that it is today, while preparing for the challenges of the future.
