Matt Brenk joins Jack Chivers Realty in DL

Matt Brenk recently joined Jack Chivers Realty, as a realtor agent.
Well known in the area, Brenk has an extensive background which includes residential, commercial and personal lending, insurance, real estate appraising and retail sales.
He has served in city government for the past 18 years and was recently elected Mayor of the City of Detroit Lakes. Brenk has been active in the community for many years, serving on various boards and commissions as well as being involved in youth activities.
The past two seasons he has served as the assistant boys hockey coach at Detroit Lakes High School.
A lifelong resident of the area he is married to Mary Brenk, advertising manager at the Detroit Lakes Newspapers. They have five grown children and one granddaughter.
