Hit the Road Jack!

This year, JCR is lining up to be the number one agency in the lakes area for the FOURTH year in a row. JCR advertises its listings on 13 websites, in over a dozen print medias (locally and nationally), along with direct mailings and other marketing blitzes. One overwhelmingly successful marketing platform has been the Lakeshore Properties ad a monthly supplement to the Fargo Forum, which boasts a distribution of 57,650. Spearheading marketing strategies is Jack’s forte, which leaves the competition hidden in his shadow. This was proven in September’s issue of Lakeshore Properties. JCR advertised 95 of its newest lakeshore listings, while six other agencies advertised only nine properties—total!
Any real estate agency can place an ad in the local paper, but Jack remembers that it’s the face-to-face contact that speaks louder than any print on the page. Not to rest on his marketing laurels, Jack headed west. Armed with stacks of business cards, Lakeshore Property supplements and a camera, he was off to do what he does best—make those ever-important contacts! Jack started in Grand Forks and continued north through Grafton, St. Thomas, Cavalier and 13 other towns on his North Dakota journey. He connected with old friends, made new friends, and made a lasting impression as he introduced his inventory to potential buyers. After three days, Jack returned, energized and anxious for the next road trip to another North Dakota region.
He continues to blaze the trail with new ways to market his agency’s listings by melding the “old fashioned” meet-and-greet handshake with the World Wide Web.
